As Design Director, I led the creative direction and partnered closely with Keith to explore initial moodboards and visual territories, presenting a range of options for the client to consider. Through that process, we ultimately recommended a name change to move away from negative legacy associations while still creating a thoughtful bridge for the existing audience. From there, we developed a cohesive brand system that carried across all touchpoints and designed a new website to bring the refreshed identity to life.
